Whatsapp is the quickest and most reliable method of communication for me.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please note that I am usually in session and will not answer any phone calls. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alternatively, you can contact me via the enquiry form on the &#8220;Contact me&#8221; page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All the contact details are on the &#8220;Contact me&#8221; page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><u><strong>How many sessions will I need to attend?<\/strong><\/u><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>I will be able to provide you with an estimate of the amount of sessions you might need based once we have discussed your situation and I have had a chance to make an assessment. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In general clients attend between 6 to 12 sessions but it is possible to achieve significant results with less sessions. If a problem is acute, less sessions are usually required.
